Ski scrapers team Fitness Development

For the first 5 weeks of term 3 we have been doing fitness uicuit training. Some of the activities included were

Tennis ball run
Soccer juggle
In's and out's
Skipping
Step up's
Shuttle run
Hoop step
Tricep dips

I think my fitness did improve because it got easier each time I did it.

My letter to Mr and Mrs Jones

This is my lrtter to Mr and Mrs Jones who came to LC 10 and showed us the gramophone and the wooden toys that Mr Jones made.
